Panola and Rusk County apply for the 25 Beta Seller seats; any other listed county goes Pending on the Founding Expansion Seller Waitlist for the November 11, 2026 launch; a county that isn't listed yet joins the Pending Counties Waitlist. Service providers are eligible for Beta Testing from any listed county. All accounts start with Buyer access either way, and buying works from anywhere.

I understand that shipping and delivery are unavailable during Beta Testing, and that I must travel to a mutually agreed, documented pickup location.
